Andrijana Jakovleska is a licensed real estate broker and entrepreneur based in Edmonton, Canada. Originally from Macedonia and Serbia, she moved to Canada at age 11 and built her career from the ground up. At just 28 in 2025, she founded Andrijana Realty Group (ARG), becoming one of Alberta's youngest brokers at the time of the brokerage's launch. With more than 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has built a reputation for her strategic thinking, bold approach, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
Andrijana specializes in residential real estate, new construction, and builder partnerships, working closely with buyers, sellers, and developers across Edmonton and surrounding communities. Age 18 — New Home Sales
Andrijana entered the real estate industry at 18, working in new home sales while pursuing her post-secondary education. This early start provided hands-on experience in construction timelines, buyer psychology, and the full sales cycle — a foundation that continues to inform her work today.
University — Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing
While working full-time in new home sales, Andrijana completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing from MacEwan University. Balancing a demanding sales career with full-time studies demonstrated the discipline and drive that defines her approach today. This combination of academic training and real-world experience gave her a strategic edge in positioning, branding, and client acquisition that sets ARG apart.
2021 — Licensed Real Estate Professional
After graduating, Andrijana obtained her real estate license and immediately began building her client base. But she didn't stop there — she continued her education with the goal of earning her broker credentials, studying all sectors of real estate including commercial, property management, finance, and law.
2025 — Broker & Brokerage Owner
Andrijana earned her broker license and launched Andrijana Realty Group as an independent brokerage. Today, ARG operates under her direct leadership — a testament to her commitment to the industry and her belief that clients deserve broker-level expertise on every transaction.
