Andrijana Realty Group Inc. (ARG) is the culmination of years of dedication, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in real estate. I’m Andrijana Jakovleska, a licensed broker and real estate professional with a strong track record in the industry. Originally from Macedonia and Serbia, I moved to Canada at the age of 11 and started working at 14, juggling multiple jobs while pursuing my education. At 18, I entered the real estate world, specializing in new home sales while completing my Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on marketing and real estate law. After obtaining my real estate license in January 2021, I quickly made my mark in residential and new construction property sales, which led to the launch of ARG after earning my broker’s license with a combined 10 years of experience in the industry.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working directly with some of the largest builders in Edmonton and surrounding areas, as well as custom builders. My expertise extends to managing successful new developments, such as Cherot in St. Albert, where phase one is now completely sold out. I’ve become widely recognized for my work in St. Albert and Sturgeon County, a growing rural suburban area near Edmonton.
